For several years she has been involved in the preparation of professionals with training courses at a national level in the school of Rome or through internships in the main Italian cities, disseminating her personal methodology. The main objective is above all the dissemination through information not filtered by compromises related to market interests. In September 2006 she was chosen to represent Southern Europe at the World Congress of Make-up Design in Berlin, where she received wide acclaim and professional recognition, opening a path of international dissemination.
In June 2007, at Kryolan in San Francisco, she was invited to hold a specialization course for professional make-up artists. Numerous international events followed, where she was invited to hold conferences, workshops and demonstrations of make-up techniques: Mexico, Israel, Jordan, Switzerland, France, Egypt.

Stefania D'Alessandro is the synthesis of opposites: artistic expression and entrepreneurial instinct. A marriage between the abstract and the concrete, where the innate stimulus for communication through images materializes at an organizational and managerial level.
