• FREE

Shipping to Italy is free for all orders starting from 49.99 euros. Except for some locations where it will be free with higher amounts.

• FOR PAYMENT

The cost of shipping for orders under 49.99 varies depending on the destination.

The cost of shipping products on sale or on promotion to islands and areas where the courier encounters delivery difficulties is 10 euros for orders under 99 euros, and free for higher orders.

• ABROAD

The cost of shipping products abroad is 20.00 euros.

Shipping abroad is free for all orders starting from 300.00 euros.

• COURIERS

Shipments are entrusted to GLS and DHL couriers for Italy. For abroad it is to be defined based on the destination.

• DOCUMENTATION

Parcels destined for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods. All shipments directed to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items.

• DELIVERY TIME

Shipping times can vary from 1 to 5 working days from the following day of the order.

• COLLECTION ON SITE

Items can be collected free of charge from one of our physical stores. We will be happy to let you find the goods already packaged upon your arrival.
