RETURNS

We accept the return of any product purchased on our site under the following conditions:

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

The return will be accepted only if the request is made to the following email: salerno.tiare@gmail.com, entering the order number, the item of the product to be returned, the reason for the return and the refund method. The return request must be made no later than 14 days after receiving the goods and the same goods must be returned to tiareprofumeria no later than 18 days after purchase. Before making the return shipment, wait for a confirmation email.
The returned goods must be returned in perfect condition, in the same way in which they were received, including intact guarantee seals and without having opened the product at all (in the case of perfumes, cosmetics and make up) and any packaging.
Return shipping is always at the customer's expense
In the case of a purchase with Klarna, the commission will be subtracted from the total amount to be returned to the customer.

ONCE THE RETURN HAS BEEN MADE

Once the return arrives at our headquarters, we will verify that the goods received are compliant with those sent and that they do not show damage or wear of any kind. Otherwise we will be forced to not accept the return and send the goods again to the address indicated during the first shipment, without making any type of refund.

WE OFFER THREE DIFFERENT REFUND METHODS:

Voucher

As soon as the return is received and verified, you will receive an online voucher with a code for the value of the returned items minus any shipping costs incurred, which you can spend on future purchases within and no later than 2 months from receipt. The voucher must be used only once and for purchases of the same or greater amount.

Change

It will be possible to exchange the same returned item, with a different size or pattern if available. The shipment will be made in accordance with the data entered for the previous purchase and only after receiving the returned goods and carrying out the necessary checks.

Economic

The refund will be made once the goods have been received and after having carried out the necessary checks. The refund timing may vary depending on the banking circuit.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. Any original shipping costs incurred for the order will only be refunded to the customer if all items purchased are returned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (boxes, bags, etc.) received with the order.
The security seal on the returned items must not be cut or broken. The items must not have been used, worn, washed or altered in any way and must not show any signs of use. Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer if the items show signs of use.
In case of receiving defective items, or shipping errors, please contact us immediately at the following email: salerno.tiare@gmail.com. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before accepting returns for defective goods.
However, we reserve the right not to accept unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with the required procedures.
The right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on our site is excluded in accordance with art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code: 1. the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized; 2. the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; 3. the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation on distance selling shall apply.
